ModTraders Shipping & Tracking Information:

We provide a fast and efficient shipping service. As soon as your parcel leaves our office, simply login to your account and your tracking number (if you have selected a "With Tracking" delivery option) is listed on your order page and you can track your item. It is your responsibility to track the package and to deal with any issues such as customs delays.

 

Tracking:

Please note that we cannot track non-UK parcels ourselves and it is your responsibility to contact your local mail service if your parcel is late. 99% of our international parceles arrive within 5 days so please be patient. If in the unlikely event that your parcel is mislaid then please notify us so we can place a claim with the shipping service. We are not able to place a claim until 15 working days after the parcel has been collected.  Please be aware that if you choose the "Without Tracking" option there is no ability for us to track your parcel or to give you any kind of delivery date. We can only confirm when it has left the warehouse. Naturally if you want to be able to track your order or to get an estimated delivery date you have to select the "With Tracking" option. We cannot change your delivery options once the order has left the premises so make sure that you choose the correct delivery option - this is your responsibility. We are not able to accept any claim for any mislaid parcel if you selected a "Without Tracking" delivery option.

International Deliveries are made via that countries standard postale service (e.g. USA (USPS), Canada (Canada Post), France (La Poste), Germany (Deutsche Post), Italy (Post Italiane) etc.)

 

Import Taxes:

You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from modtraders.co.uk, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

• No Weight Limit
• Daily cut-off time is 3pm GMT
• Your tracking number can be found on your order page as soon as it is shipped.

 

EU (European Union) Delivery Options:

Europe - Without Tracking:

• Delivery within 3-7 Working Days (This is a guide it is not guaranteed)
• If you choose the "Without Tracking" option you cannot make any claim in the unlikely event that your parcel is mislaid. Use this option at your own risk.
• No Weight Limit
• Daily cut-off time is 3pm GMT

 

Worldwide (Non-EU) Delivery Options:

• Please note that tracking is only given once the parcel leaves the UK. From there it is in the hands of your local standard mail service. Some countries such as the USA have a tracking service which will work with the UK codes. For example if you are a USA customer goto the USPS Tracking Site :)
