ModTraders Shipping & Tracking Information:

We provide a fast and efficient shipping service. As soon as your parcel leaves our office, simply login to your account and your tracking number is listed on your order page and you can track your item. if you are a non-UK customer then we can only show you when the parcel has been passed to your overseas local postal service as proof of delivery. Some countries like the USA will sometimes accept the tracking number (e.g USPS Online). It is your responsibility to track the package and to deal with any issues such as customs delays or delayed USPS deliveries. Some states take longer than others due receive their mail. Unfortunatley this is a USPS issue, not a Mod Traders issue.

Tracking / Delivery Delays / Insurance Claims Info:

All our shipments have a proof of delivery and insurance option. We also show full tracking within the UK and for international shipments we show when the parcel has left the UK and which countries postal service it was passed on to. Once it has left the UK it is then in the hands of your local postal service and it is your responsibility to contact them if your parcel is delayed - we are unable to contact the postal service on your behalf. 99% of our international parceles arrive within 7 days so please be patient if it is delayed, especially during holidays such as Christmas (delays in shipping are always from the beginning of December, so if you require items before Christmas make sure you order giving plenty of time for delivery)

International Deliveries are made via that countries standard postal service e.g. USA (USPS), Canada (Canada Post), France (La Poste), Germany (Deutsche Post), Italy (Post Italiane) etc.

If in the unlikely event that your parcel is mislaid then we are able to invesigate only after a minimum of 15 working days has passed If that time lapses and you still haven't received your parcel please notify us (email: sales@modtraders.co.uk) so we can place a claim with the shipping service. Remember we are not able to place a claim until 15 working days after the parcel has been collected. The shipping service do not count it as mislaid up until that period of time has lapsed.

Import Taxes:

You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from modtraders.co.uk, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

EU (European Union) Delivery Options:

Worldwide (Non-EU) Delivery Options:

• Signature Is Required - If you are not at home you will probably have to collect from your local post office at a convenient time.
• No Weight Limit

• Please note that tracking is only given once the parcel leaves the UK. From there it is in the hands of your local standard mail service. Some countries such as the USA have a tracking service which will work with the UK codes. For example if you are a USA customer goto the USPS Tracking Site :)
