Memorex delivers the latest technology Double Layer DVD+R media offering 4 hours of recording time at DVD quality picture resolution, double that offered by standard single layer DVDs. This capability of longer continuous recordings makes Double Layer DVD+R the ideal media for recording movies or music and sporting events onto a single disc. The new Double Layer DVD+R media are write-once discs that burn at 2 depths on one side of the disc. They can store 240 minutes of DVD quality video and up to 8.5GB of data. Recording times of up to 960 minutes of video can be available depending on the recorder. Important! Memorex DVD+R Double Layer discs are only intended for use with DVD+R DL drives that are DVD9 compliant and have 8.5GB Double Layer recording capability.
