All items sold on ModTraders.co.uk have a 90 Day Limited Warranty from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified.

All customers returning an item must print out and complete our RMA (Returns Merchandise Authorization) form.

All returns are RTB (Return To Base) and are at the customers expense. When sending a returned item you should make sure you use a service that has proof of delivery and insurance (In the UK this is the Royal Mail Recorded Signed For service. ModTraders shall cover the expense of returning the repaired / replaced goods back to the customer using the Royal Mail Recorded Signed For service. If you send an item to use without this kind of service and it gets lost then naturally we won't be able to do anything about it. This protects you as well as us.
