The fans are pretty quiet. The 360 seems alot cooler. The only downside I noticed was the fan you install next to the dvd drive has only one sticker. I think it needs a couple of stickers to attach to the front plate. I used some carpet tape to secure mine but you shouldnt have to do that. All in...
