Bookmark this pageAfter the amazing success of the Xecuter LT Switch solution for Liteon drives, Team Xecuter have launched the latest addition to their CK3 family of products – the FIRST complete NO SOLDER* solution for the new version Liteon DVD drives – the CK3 Probe v2.
This is targeted to installers who require a multi-use no solder* solution to the new Liteon drives – or to the users who simply don’t have the skills to solder the cheaper Xecuter LT Switch alternative. Still retaining the original CK3 Probe function of dumping the 74850 key (the only product to date to have both original Probe v1 and Probe v2 LT Switch functions in the same device), but now also enabling full firmware access of the new 83850V2 and 93450 drives – you can easily switch between PROBE and LT Switch Modes.
A complete all-in-one solderless* solution ! Installers can use this again and again and again and again – No rebuild boards – No soldering* – NO PROBLEM !
The CK3 Probe 2 connects to both the CK3 Lite and CK3 Pro connectivity kits and includes full status LED’s and an extra protection circuit against accidental shortages on the DVD PCB.

i ordered 2 of these they arrived spot on but i did not get any instructions so no idea what to do can anyone help?
MTUK: The instructions are inside the box. Its not difficult - only 4 screws ;)

Ordered monday, arrived in NL on friday. i followed the tutorial linked above, i was a bit scared to break the drive as the tutorial is not detailed but it went ok.
Product works perfect, got my key!
Used it with the CK3 RevD, now all i have to do is repair the traces i cut with some solder.
MTUK: Actually We find the instructions to be very detailed - step by step with lots of close up photographs - and you got it working first time ;)

Super secure packaging. Arrived as described with super sturdy construction. Worked on the 1st try! Easy as pie when following the directions.
We tried other products & methods for Lite-on extraction and the Xecuter CK3 Probe v2 is by far the greatest tool to own! Highly recommended by myself as well as Team Jungle. Ever since these discs changed from Aone to Premium I've been having coasters left right and centre. :( But for such a cheap price I can't complain for the ones that do work work solidly.
