After much testing TX have designed and perfected the exact specifications for the our own unique version of the famed X-Clamp fix – including custom made K-Pads for the memory chips and for extra cooling, two custom designed additional heatsinks are included for installation on both the southbridge and ANA Scaler chips (Solves most E74) . Each replacement screw has been designed to fit perfectly with the original Xbox 360 motherboard removing any need for drilling or unwanted warping.
The TX Xbox 360 RROD PRO Repair Kit PRO II includes all tools needed, a full tube of high quality heat silicon paste. This fix has become the defacto solution in repairing the majority of the RROD (red Ring Of Death) Xbox 360’s.
In our own tests this kit fixed 98% of faulty Xbox 360 consoles !
This kit is very easy to install and includes enough parts for 1 Xbox360. OK tried this today after the original RROD kit didn't work. I have used Xclamp kits before but this one seems to fit like it was designed for this specific use - very tight and snug. The silicon paste was a very welcome addition and used a bit to make the K-Pads sit on the memory chips so that was nice and tight. I left the Xbox turned on for about 20 minutes then did a power cycle. God Bless you guys - I'm now back on Live !!

I have to say I was a little dubious but thought i'd give it a go. The instructions were easy to follow but took me about an 40 mins as I was a bit nervous. I couldn't believe that the red lights went to green first time! Saved me a ton of money as I have no warranty cus of my lovely ixtreme firmware ;) - Highly recommended

I have tried 3 different kits in the past from ebay and they have not worked or lasted for maybe 30mins or froze my 360... THIS KIT ACTUALLY WORKS! Fantastic I would recommend this kit to anyone it also fits perfectly with no problems!(washer location can be a little fiddly) This is a small price to pay....Need i say anymore? thanks MT !

I have ordered many of these kits and I have not had one fail yet. This product has a 100 percent success rate for me. Once you do it the first time each time after is easier. This is a must buy for any xbox and I would recomend having one on backup even if you have never had a red ring cause if you don't have these parts on it is a matter of time before you will get the red ring due to x clamp failure.

Well, I just got this Kit yesterday, and here's my review. First, the package seems a lot bigger in the photos. XD . I followed the instructions on the tutorial and everything went OK. One thing tough: For those new to installing this, be careful about how much thermal paste you put into the first chip, because if you put too much, you may not have enough for the other one. It seems that the tube brings more, but it doesn't - however the instructions do say not to put too much on so there is just enough for both. The kit works great, ok, and easy to install.
It took me a lot of time removing all the old thermal paste from the CPU/GPU, specially since I already had put more in there even before using this kit, so I had to remove the stock one, and the one that I already had put there. Continuing, I finalized installing the kit, and did the baking process. That done, after a couple of minutes, the console booted up. Yay. So it worked. I did find that the console boots up and after some seconds, however after 1-2 minutes, the graphics go wild (with squares all over the place) and the console locks, just to give me the RROD again after rebooting. I rebake again, and it comes "back to life" again.
MT Notes; Just a note to say that you are not supposed to put too much thermal paste onto the CPU and GPU - the amount given in the kit is PERFECT for both chips.
Also if you find the box doesn't last too long then you shouldn't bake it again - but just give the screws a little more tighten. if that fails then you will need to fit an xDrive Plus with xFan - this is cheaper than getting the console reballed and will bring it back to life full time by dropping the temp massively.

Took just over an hour from dismantelling to playing online (the baking process tool nearly 15 minutes!!! - Guess it's cold here in Suffolk!!).
Highly recommended - just follow the dismantelling and fixing guides on the Xecuter site. Easy as Peas!

I purchased this pack as my Xbox was freezing a lot and tried clearing cashe on hdd but still freezing. I have a xcm fan kit on my Xbox as well and it was telling me the CPU and the gpu temps and they were pretty high. So I have fitting this will complete success so far. Now for a long game sash to test it out. But easy to fit and seems to be working perfectly as temps on both CPU and gpu are running at 35 and 29 degrees.
